The Word of God declares in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, “In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”  Notice, the passage didn’t say, for everything, give thanks, but in everything we’re to give thanks. Why? The Apostle Paul gives us the answer in the same verse, “THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD FOR YOU!”

In The Biblical Response to the Human Emotion Called GRIEF, Dr. Mike, through sacred Scripture, extends hope and encouragement to anyone walking through a season of grief. He exclaims, that in ministry, we can look back over the past couple of years, and see those that flooded the altar for prayer for sicknesses, loss of jobs, deaths of loved ones, spouse abandonment, etc.; but in the midst of all the ministry trials and hardships of the congregation – one thing was constant: THEY NEVER FORGOT TO BE THANKFUL AND TO GIVE GOD PRAISE!

After many years in ministry, he saw the need for this teaching resource that would address why grieving is important, and why we must focus on key factors throughout Scripture, that will create a powerful process for healing.
